Tom Ganley is responsible for managing infrastructure project delivery at Everon Infrastructure, with over a decade of experience across rail and broader infrastructure environments.
His background includes delivering projects for Tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors across both self-perform and subcontractor delivery models. Tom’s experience spans estimation, programme management, cost control, resource planning and site coordination.
At Everon, Tom oversees the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure works, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and aligned with programme, safety and quality requirements. His practical approach supports strong coordination across multidisciplinary project environments.
