What we deliver
We install and integrate BMS across a range of facilities.
These systems are used to manage building services such as electrical systems, HVAC and communications infrastructure. Because they sit across multiple systems, they need to be set up properly so everything works together in a consistent way.
Our teams work across both new installations and upgrades to existing systems, depending on what’s already in place. In some cases, it’s about introducing a new system. In others, it’s improving or replacing an existing setup so it’s easier to manage and more reliable.
We also carry out testing and commissioning to make sure the system is working as expected before handover.
Our Approach
BMS needs to tie in with the rest of the building — it’s not something you bolt on at the end.
We install it alongside the electrical and communications work, so everything comes together as the job progresses instead of being handed over between different contractors.
On site, we work through what’s already there, what needs to be connected and how the system will be used day to day. The aim is to keep it straightforward and make sure everything is set up properly before it goes live.
