Delivered upgraded outdoor recreational facilities and modern sporting courts
Modernisation of Kingston Heath Primary School’s external facilities, including new basketball, netball and volleyball courts, asphalt upgrades, drainage improvements, landscaping, and associated civil works to enhance functionality and student amenities.
Everon Infrastructure was engaged to deliver the Kingston Heath Primary School Modernisation & Upgrade (Late Works Package), comprising civil, landscaping, and recreational facility upgrades to enhance the functionality, safety, and usability of the school’s outdoor areas.
The scope of works included demolition and removal of existing basketball courts, bulk earthworks, subgrade preparation, drainage improvements, construction of new reinforced concrete and asphalt pavements, and delivery of new basketball, netball, and volleyball courts. The project also included installation of sports equipment, external furniture, shade sail structures, line marking, landscaping reinstatement, and associated civil works.
Everon Infrastructure was responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of the works, including site establishment, protection of existing school facilities, material management, coordination of subcontractors, quality control, and compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. All works were delivered with minimal disruption to school operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
The project has successfully transformed the school’s outdoor recreational precinct, providing modern, accessible, and durable sporting facilities that support enhanced student activities and long-term community use.
